FOODBLOG SINCE 2011 | HIER DREHT SICH ALLES RUND UM DEN GENUSS
Heute Abend gab es bei mir Speckdatteln. Ich liebe sie einfach, weil sie so lecker schmecken und sie gut kombiniert werden können. Z.B. zu Salat, zum Raclette, als Snack zwischendurch oder als Fingerfood.
Alles was ihr dazu braucht sind Datteln (entsteinte) und Bacon
Zubereitung:
Den Bacon um die Datteln wickeln. Wer will kann auch noch Käse in die
Datteln füllen. Dann in eine Feuerfeste Form legen und im Ofen bei 200°C
(geht auch mit Grillfunktion) ca 15 – 20 Minuten knusprig backen. Das
ganze kann auch in der Pfanne gemacht werden. Das geht dann etwas
schneller, ist aber auch Kalorienreicher 😉 Und fertig 🙂
