FOODBLOG SINCE 2011 | HIER DREHT SICH ALLES RUND UM DEN GENUSS
Die Kombination von Speck und Ei finde ich einfach toll. In allen Variationen. In letzter Zeit habe ich auf einigen Blogs ein Rezept für Ei mit Speck im Toastkörbchen gesehen.
Da das Rezept so einfach ist, zeige ich es euch in Bildern.
Alles was ihr für ein Körbchen braucht:
eine Scheibe Toast
etwas Margarine
eine Scheibe Bacon, in der Mitte geteilt)
ein kleines Ei
Nun ab in den Ofen damit. Bei 200°C Umluft ca. 15 – 20 Minuten lang, bis das Ei gestockt ist, backen.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und am Besten noch warm genießen.
Oh, dass hab ich auch schon gemacht, bzw. öfter. Schmeckt auch toll mit ein paar frischen oder getrockneten Kräutern, ein paar Tomaten oder so. Dann kann man alles noch toll etwas aufpeppen und es bleibt trotzdem schnell und einfach 🙂
